ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:


WHOLESALE ONLY:

Identification will be required for all purchases. All products are sold to resellers or to professionals of the trade.


PRICE HEREIN:

Prices listed are all F.O.B Dallas, TX U.S.A. prices, and are subject to change without notice.
Our top priority is our customers and we make sure that we go extra miles to see a smile on our each and every customers. We are located in Dallas Texas in Harry Hines Business District our business hours are from 10.am to 6.pmbut un-fortunately we are not open to public, we do only Wholesale in our Show room if u ever decided to become a reseller please submit your company details and your personal information along with Tax ID with current contact.

FORCE MAJEURE:

The Company shall not be liable for any impairment of performance resulting in whole or in part acts of God, labor disruptions, product shortages, inability to procure products, supplies, severe weather conditions, or any other circumstance or cause beyond the control of the Company in the conduct of its business.


CANCELLATIONS OR RETURNS:

All order cancellations or product returns must be approved by the Company, and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. No refund for shipping charges. Returns will be replaced or credited to customers store account (no refunds). All returns must be within 7 days after  days No exceptions. All item must be in original condition and original packaging. All International Return must use the RA# on the box and when ship the merchandise please use method ( Return) to avoid custom duty and Taxes.

SALES TAX:

All orders shipped to a Texas Address must pay 8.25% Texas Sales Tax unless you have a valid Texas Tax ID and Annual Resale Certificate. Please fax us your updated Tax ID and Resale certificate at the beginning of each Calendar year. This is required by the IRS.


PAYMENT:

All sales are to be C.O.D. or prepaid by cash, money orders, cashiers check, credit card or wire transfer into the Company’s bank account.

LIMITED WARRANTY:

Direct Silver Factory give no verbal or written warranty on any of the items. and all of the items its Gold Plating / Black Plating/ Rhodium Plating or any plating will come out and there's no warranty or guarantee from us or Manufacture, but if the items u receive damaged and non working please call us within 5 working days for your RA # for full refund OR credit in your account. No coverage on damaged caused by alteration, misuse, abuse or accident. Any product determined by the company to be defective will be repaired or replaced at the Company’s option.Any Complains must be filed within 5 days from receiving the shipment,All Watches comes with NO warranty or Guaranty,  No exceptions. All watches might have few common problem which are not returnable and need to fix your self,  like pins are loose, tags are missing, no name on the watch or Letters Misspelled or missing, if the watch receive Damaged for example crystal broke we will replace the watch at no charge. 


MINIMUM ORDER:

Minimum order of  $250.00 are required for new account only, after than its $100.00 minimum for every purchase . All Sterling Silver Jewerly, Watches and Watch Batteries are Net Prices No additional Discount.**


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

All liability of consequential and incidental damages is disclaimed. The Company’s liability in all events is limited to and shall not exceed, the purchase price paid.

SHIPPING DAMAGES:

Products that are damaged through the negligence of the shipping company (USPS/UPS/ETC.) customers must report the damages to that shipping company within 24 hours after receiving order. If not customer could be held liable for all damages acquired through shipping. Please remember do not discard any portion of the packaging material. The shipper will send a representative to inspect the carton and its contents. Always remember to personally inspect all packages prior to signing acceptance of shipment. Failure to do so can hold you liable for damages.


PROMPT DISPOSITION:

The Company will make a good faith for prompt correction or other adjustment with respect to any product, which proves to be defective within warranty period. Before returning any product, write or call the Company for approval. If the product was damaged in transit, recipient must file claim with the carrier.

 

SHIPPING 

 Can you ship to a different address than my billing address?
For first time orders, we only ship to the billing address on your account, once we have verified the information, we can ship to an alternate address. This is for your protection against identity theft and fraud.
